Network Policy

Our network policy pertains to the Security of our network, the traffic and the security of all servers located on our network. To maintain the integrity of our service the following limitations and restrictions apply:

Server and Network Traffic Abuse :

No unauthorized, relays, open proxies, malware, or network scanning software may be run on the server.  This is grounds for immediate cancellation. No IRC  bots are allowed, in any shape or form.


Unsolicited Email :

Sending a message, especially an advertisement, to more than five or six recipients, is by itself spamming unless the individuals have specifically requested to be added to a mailing list on that topic. All list and subscription email will need to verified as " double optin " , proof will be required on request.


Phishing : 

On receipt of a notification of A site that is part of a Phishing scam, either directly or referenced by a URI, we will disable the site or server with immediate effect. We will inform the server Admin, and allow limited access to be able to correct the problem. Failing to correct the problem, the server account will be disabled.


Denial of Service :

The server may not be used in any shape or form to create an environment for Denial of Service attacks.


Insecure Applications :

Server Administrators will be notified of insecure applications, and will be required to address the problems, immediately on notification. Failure to comply will lead the account being disabled and or the insecure application being deleted.


Copyright Infringement :

On receipt of CDMA or take down notice, Administrators will be notified, and need to correct the problem within 7 days or file a counter notice with the requesting party.  At which time access to the material infringing will be blocked from being accessed from the internet..


Hacking :

The server may not be issued to in any shape or form to create an environment for Denial of Service, hacking or botnet attacks.


Warez :

No warez or illegal content will be allowed. Immediate suspension of  server and account will occur.
