Clearing your browser cache:

The importance of clearing your cache cannot be stressed enough. This allows you to see the current page and not a previous version

  • In the Safari menu bar, click the Safari option.
  • Select the Preferences link.
  • In the Preferences window, click the Advanced tab.
  • At the bottom of the window, select the Show Develop menu in menu bar checkbox.
  • Return to the Safari menu bar and click the Develop option.
  • Select the Empty Caches link

  • On the browser toolbar, click the Chrome menu icon. 
  • Select the More Tools link.
  • Select the Clear browsing data link.
  • Use the drop-down menu to select the time range you want to clear browsing data.
  • Clear browsing data by selecting checkboxes. Select the Cookies and other site and plug-in data and Cached images and files checkboxes.
  • Click the Clear Browsing Data button.

  • Under the History heading, click the clear your recent history link.

  • Click the Clear Now button.
